Trust My Analytics provides automated auditing, monitoring, and alerting services for Google Analytics 4 (GA4) properties. Our Service allows users to connect their GA4 accounts via OAuth to run tests, detect tracking anomalies, and receive real-time notifications regarding data integrity.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to bind your workspace to these Terms.
Account Security: To use the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Access to Third-Party Data (Google Analytics)

OAuth Connection: Our Service requires access to your Google Analytics data via Google OAuth. By connecting your GA4 property, you grant us permission to access, read, and analyze the data necessary to perform audits.
Compliance: Our use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Responsibility: You represent that you have the right to grant us access to the GA4 properties you connect. We are not responsible for any actions taken by Google or changes to Google's platform that may impact our Service.

4. Fees and Payments

Subscription Plans: We offer both free and paid subscription tiers. Detailed pricing is available on our Pricing Page.
Billing: Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Service.
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
Use the Service to monitor properties for which you do not have explicit authorization.

6. Intellectual Property

Our Property: Trust My Analytics, including its logo, code, design, and "automated audit" logic, is the exclusive property of DATA REVOLT AGENCY S.R.L.
Your Data: You retain all rights and ownership of the data pulled from your Google Analytics account. We do not "own" your traffic data; we only process it to provide the Service to you.

7. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

"As-Is" Basis: The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free or that our audits will detect 100% of tracking issues.
Business Decisions: Trust My Analytics is a diagnostic tool. We are not liable for any business losses, loss of revenue, or incorrect marketing decisions made based on the data or reports provided by our Service.
Third-Party Failures: We are not responsible for downtime caused by Google Analytics, Google Cloud, or your web hosting provider.
Maximum Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
